一台炉内安设甲醇低温裂化装置的无氧化热处理炉。研制了甲醇滴注自动显示和控制装置。在该炉内可实现无氧化加热。甲醇裂化气有很高的抗氧化性能,而且当气氛是单向反应时,有相当高的碳势,但它很易受炉型、供气量等的影响。

Non-oxidizing heat treatment furnace with methanol cracking device insidely

A nonoxidization heat treatment furnace containing a installation of the low temperature cracked methanol was introduced in this paper.An automatic control and display installation of the drop-feed flow of methanol was developed. The nonoxidization heating of the part, are achieved in this furnace. Atmosphere of the cracked methanol makes high oxidization resistance for the heating parts and has high carbon potential when the reaction of atmosphere is taken place in one direction, however, it is easily affected by the furnace type and the gas supply etc.
