| 摘 要： | 2010年是中国3G运营的关键之年，人们在关注专利、版权问题的时候，往往忽略了商标在3G运营中也存在着一定的风险，文章在对中国主要运营商的商标分布和主要业务的商标分布的分析基础上，认为风险主要有品牌缺乏个性，移动互联网技术带来的隐藏的商标侵权，商标与域名的冲突依然严峻等，最后笔者针对这些风险提出了应对措施。
