Ce-MCM-41分子筛吸附剂的制备及其在模拟汽油脱硫中的性能

摘    要:使用水热合成法制备了不同Ce/Si比的Ce-MCM-41吸附剂,并考察了其常温常压下用于模拟汽油脱硫的性能。结果显示吸附剂中脱硫能力最好的为n(Ce)/n(Si)=0.02的Ce-MCM-41(1.53mmol噻吩/g吸附剂),且甲苯存在时仍有较好的选择吸附性能。吸附剂与模拟汽油的最佳质量比为0.029,常温常压下2h内可达吸附平衡。使用XRD、FT-IR对合成样品的结构进行表征,表明样品具有MCM-41典型的规整有序的孔道结构。在合成的特定阶段加入超声作用,可以优化其结构提高脱硫率。另外,Ce-MCM-41合成过程中Cu+的加入,对吸附有强化作用,n(Cu)/n(Si)=0.02、n(Ce)/n(Si)=0.01的Cu-Ce-MCM-41(制备时使用超声),脱除噻吩的能力可达7.98mmol/g吸附剂,且可再生重复使用。

Abstract:A set of Ce-MCM-41 adsorbents with different Ce/Si ratios were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and their performances for model gasoline desulfurization were observed at room temperature under atmospheric pressure.It was found that the Ce-MCM-41 with a Ce/Si molar ratio of 0.02 had the highest adsorption capacity(1.53mmol thiophene per gram of adsorbent).The adsorbents still had well selective adsorption in the presence of toluene.The optimized ratio of adsorbent to model gasoline was 0.029 for thiophene adsorption on Ce-MCM-41,and the adsorption could reach equilibrium in 2 hours at room temperature under atmospheric pressure.The adsorbents were characterized by XRD and FT-IR.It revealed that the Ce-MCM-41 had MCM-41-type well-ordered pore structure.Introducing ultrasonic during the synthesis of Ce-MCM-41 brought better structural properties and higher desulfurization capacity,and introducing Cu+ ions in the synthesis of Ce-MCM-41 also made the adsorption capacity increase.The adsorption capacity of the Cu-Ce-MCM-41 with a Cu/Si molar ratio of 0.02 and Ce/Si molar ratio of 0.01,prepared by using ultrasonic,could be up to 7.98 mmol thiophene per gram of adsorbent,and it could be regenerated and reused.
