摘    要:分析了配电系统可靠性的研究和应用对实现电力工业现代化的重要性,设计了一种基于GIS的配网可靠性评估系统.该系统可对CAD格式的图形进行读取、识别,并采用图模一体化技术实现电网拓扑的自动生成,最后在此基础上进行可靠性计算,以提高配网可靠性评估的工作效率.
