工程建设风险管理研究

利用合理的风险分解结构，分析项目风险源；采用风险发生链分析，使逻辑关系更清晰。根据期望值E，标准离差δ和变异系数CV做出风险预测；采用项目特征图、风险重要性排序和组合折现率法进行风险分析。最后结合国际上常用风险应对策略提出进行风险控制的措施。

Research on risk management in the project construction

Utilizing reasonable risk breakdown structure, the fundamental risks are identified. The analysis of the risk chain is used to make the logical relations more clear and risk evaluation is developed by expectation value （E）, standard deviate （δ） and variation coefficient （CV）. Risk analysis is based on the project risk profile, risk important order and adjusted discounting rate. At last, risk control is linked to the usual international risk countermeasures.
