| 摘 要： | 通过对常见渗漏现象的观察和分析，归纳出造成砖混结构外墙渗漏的 要原因。着重分析了所采用的若干项控制措施，诸如把好材料关，加强细部构造处理和事后控制等。同时还对相应的修缮技术作了较为详细的阐述。以此来延长房屋的使用期，保护建筑物的外观美。

| Abstract: | Through the observation and the analysis of the common leakage phenomenon the main reasons of the exterior wall leakage of brick masonry structure are summarized. This paper introduces some controlling measures as using good materials, intensifying structural treatment and the control after the event. At the same time the corresponding repair technology are introduced in detail. Those measures can prolong the service life of building and protect the beautiful appearance of the architectures. |
