矿用汽车换挡离合器研究及控制油路分析

摘    要:通过对某矿用汽车湿式换挡离合器结构和工作原理进行阐述,分析了离合器结合、分离过程和可靠的传递扭矩对其结构的要求;针对为减小离合器实际换挡中换挡冲击的问题,分析和研究换挡电液控制油路和采用液压缓冲控制阀的作用及其工作原理,为平稳换挡、提高换挡品质提供应用依据。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of the mine truck shift clutch are presented.The structure of the shift clutch is analysed that required for process of the clutch on-off and relability of transmitting torque.To decrease the impact torque in gear shifting process,the oil circuit of electro-hydraulic control system with a hydraulic buffering valve was analysed and studied,the fuction and working principle are presented.It is practice ground offered for stable shifting and improving quality of shifting.
