中国对苯二甲酸行业竞争环境分析

采用迈克尔·波特的五力分析法，通过对目前国内对苯二甲酸（PTA）行业竞争环境进行简要分析，得出结论：PTA行业竞争强度处于较高水平，行业进入微利时期；企业发展受对二甲苯（PX）原料供应影响较大；金融危机为行业带来新一轮发展机遇。同时对PTA行业发展提出如下建议：生产企业应通过降低总成本获取竞争优势；原料PX的稳定供应将决定企业竞争力；积极参与PTA期货，降低风险；有条件的企业应抓住机遏，加快建设PTA项目。

Analysis of the PTA Industrial Environment of Competition

The Michael Porter five strength analytic method is used to analyse the present domestic PTA industrial environment of competition and draws the conclusion:the PTA industry competition intensity is in the high level,the industry enters the meager profit time;the enterprise development is greatly affected by PX supply, the financial crisis brings the recent round development opportunity for the industry.The following proposals are put forward to the PTA industry development:the production enterprise should reduce the total cost to gain competitive superiority, the PX stable supply will decide the enterprise competitive power, participates in the PTA futures actively reduces the risk, grispping the opportunity to speed up the construction of the PTA project.
