瑞士乳杆菌L7生物转化共轭亚油酸的研究

摘    要:建立了瑞士乳杆菌L7(Lactobacillus helveticusL7)分批发酵生物转化c9,t11-CLA的优化条件:MRS培养基、30℃发酵、静置培养、LA浓度为1.000 mg/mL、发酵时间36h。5L发酵罐分批发酵时,c9,t11-CLA的产量高达0.572 mg/mL。

Abstract:The bioconversion conditions of conjugated linoleic acid by L.helveticus L7 were studied.It was found that the optimum conditions were MRS medium,fermentation temperature 30℃,static cultivation,LA concentration 1.000 mg/mL, and fermentation time 36 h.The yield of c9,t11-CLA was up to 0.572 mg/mL in 5L fermentor by batch fermentation.
