| 摘 要： | 随着固井工艺的不断创新和发明,油田对固井设备的要求越来越高,连续地、大批量地混配出高质量的水泥浆是当今世界固井技术的发展方向。通过市场调研,研发了一种批混罐容积为16m3(100桶)的车装式固井批量混浆车,包括2个容积为8 m3(50桶)的批混罐、混浆罐、自动混浆控制系统及可以连续批量混浆的管路流程、液压系统等。对HJC16型批量混浆车整体方案及技术重点进行了详细介绍。
