| 摘 要： | 针对20钢制东风套螺母电镀锌时出现局部镀不上锌的现象，考查了碳氮共渗淬，回火热处理工艺，结果发现，镀锌缺陷的产生是由于套螺母局部渗层中出现了黑色组织以及内氧化造成沿晶界分布的金属氧化物，从而导致导电性降低所致，提出了相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the local zinc unplating phenomenon of surface of 20 steel DongFeng cap-screw. The results showed the fault was caused by the decrease of conductivity of local surface area because of the dark structure and the oxide along the grain boundary owing to inner oxidation in the carbonitriding layer of DongFeng cap-screw. The preventing measures were proposed. |
