HZ油井缓蚀阻垢剂在华北油田的应用

为解决油井由于腐蚀结垢严重影响油田正常生产问题,采用有机酸和有机胺及助剂合成了HS-1油井缓蚀剂,同时与阴离子及两性离子表面活性剂等多种助剂复配,研制出了HZ系列缓蚀阻垢剂.利用静态挂片法和容量法进行了缓蚀率与阻垢率的测定.该剂在华北油田现场应用60余口井,缓蚀率达70%,阻垢率达95%,加药井平均检泵周期延长3倍,节约检泵费用840余万元,具有较好的推广应用价值.

Application of HZ scale and corrosion inhibitor in Huabei Oilfield

To solve the problem of scaling and corrosion of oil wells, HS-1 corrosion inhibitor was developed by synthesizing organic acid, organic amine and corresponding auxiliary materials. By combining this corrosion inhibitor with several kinds of anionic surfactant and zwitterionic surfactant, HZ scale and corrosion inhibitor was developed. The corrosion inhibiting rate and scale inhibiting rate of this material was measured by static metal hanging slice test and volumetric method. This inhibitor had been applied on 60 wells in Huabei Oilfield, the corrosion inhibiting rate was 70%, and scale inhibiting rate was 95%. The average inspecting period of wells with HZ scale and corrosion inhibitor was prolonged 3 times. This inhibitor has a brilliant popularization prospect.
