基于人体仿真技术的家具电子开料作业疲劳研究

摘    要:运用人体仿真技术,对家具电子开料作业中的人体疲劳进行研究。研究结果表明:蹲姿作业时,推荐腰椎舒适作业角度范围为60°~70°;立姿弯腰作业时,推荐弯腰作业脊柱弯曲角度应大于60°。板料放置高度控制在900 mm以上更有利于保护作业者腰椎的健康安全。

Abstract:The human simulation technology was used to study the human body’s fatigue in the furniture CNC saws operation.The research results show that:when the operator is in a squatting position,the comfortable operation angle of lumbar is recommended ranging from 60 ° to 70 °.When the operator is bowing in a standing position,the comfortable operation angle of lumbar is recommended above 60 °.Sheets placed above 900 mm in height is more conducive to the protection of the health and safety of operators’ lumbar spine.
