| 摘 要： | 本文从低碳经济和低碳技术的全球发展形势,着重阐述低碳经济需要多轨并行互补发展——重视非金属矿与矿物材料产业节能属性的优势和贡献;矿物材料及非金属矿工业产业体系在发展广域低碳经济中具有衍生与辐射效应两个层面,以非金属矿工业发展理念和丰富的实例进行了论述,提出了应对低碳经济挑战的建议。
