| 摘 要： | 宝钢2005年建设了一套φ610mm(24 in)HFW直缝焊管生产线,经过4年多的生产及研发,较全面地掌握了按照API SPEC 5L,GB/T 9711管线钢管标准及用户规范要求制造X70及以下钢级系列管线钢管的技术,并形成了从原材料冶炼控制、焊接制管及检验的系列化产品质量控制技术,为进一步研发X80 HFW管线钢管奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Baoshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. constructed a set of φ 610mm（24in）HFW longitudinal welded pipe production line in 2005.Through 4 years production and research, it has mastered technology of pipeline pipe production for X70 and the lower grades according to API SPEC 5L,GB/T 9711 pipeline steel standards and customers specification,and formed serial products quality control technology from raw materials metaling control,pipe welding and inspection.It laid the foundation for further developing X80 grade HFW pipe. |
