摘    要:分析了炼油厂区空分设备主冷总烃含量严重超标的原因 ;详细介绍了所采取的防范措施 ;使主冷的总烃含量由开始的 32 0× 1 0 6 降低到现在的 95× 1 0 6 ;最后简述了两个待实施的可从根本上解决主冷总烃含量超标的方案

Abstract:The causes leading to an excess of total hydrocarbon content entering the main condenser/reboiler of an air separation unit in a refinery over the specified figures are analyzed.The paper highlights the preventive measures taken which resulted in the reduction of total hydrocarbon content in the main condenser/reboiler from previous 320×10 6 to current 95×10 6 .In conclusion,two schemes to be executed are worked out in an attempt to solve the problem mentioned above.
