| 摘 要： | 搜索引擎是指根据一定的策略、运用特定的计算机程序从互联网上搜集信息，对信息进行组织和处理后，为用户提供检索服务，将用户检索相关的信息展示给用户的系统。网站优化从狭义上讲，就是指搜索引擎优化，通过提高网站在搜索结果中的排名来吸引更多流量。文中根据搜索引擎工作原理，从网站关键词、链接、网站内容和网站结构四个方面如何针对搜索引擎进行优化提高网站流量和排名进行了分析，以面向人才招聘的网站为优化目标，提出了相应的优化策略。通过邵阳人才网的网站流量和排名提升的搜索引擎优化实例，验证了相应搜索引擎优化技术的有效性。

| Abstract: | A search engine is a software system that provides users with search services while showing the users relevant information to his or her system after organizing and processing information which are collected from the internet using specific computer programs based on a certain policy. In narrow sense,website optimization refers to search engine optimization. According to the work principle of search engine,give an analysis,on how to optimize search engine in order to improve website traffic and rankings from four aspects,including website keywords,links,website content and website structure. Besides,taking the talent recruitment website as a target,have made appropriate optimization strategy and have validated its effectiveness through the example of search engine optimization of improving the traffic and ranking of Shaoyang talent website. |
