摘    要:逆向建模得到的原型和实物样件之间的误差,直接影响了逆向产品的性能和质量。本文基于逆向工程原理,通过对应用3D激光测量、Surface软件进行叶片逆向建模过程的研究,分析了影响逆向建模精度的因素,提出了在逆向建模过程中控制精度的方法。

Abstract:The errors of the modeling prototypes against its sample parts got in reverse engineering modeling have direct influences on the performance and quality of the reversed products. According to engineering principles, the modeling process of blades using 3D laser scanning and Surface software is stud- ied, and the factors which influence the modeling precision of reverse engineering are analyzed. A method to control the modeling precision by improving the quality of model data, using the original design purpose and model creation based on feature parameter in reverse engineering modeling is presented.
