摘    要:针对张河湾抽水蓄能电站1 号机蜗壳安装中出现的间隙、错牙偏大、坡口型式不符合要求及焊接中容易产生裂纹等问题, 采取了一些针对性的焊接措施和施工工艺, 如焊接设备及材料的选择、焊缝坡口型式的制定等, 使蜗壳焊缝超声波探伤一次合格率达99.9%, 着色探伤一次合格率达100%, 确保了蜗壳的焊接质量。

Abstract:Aiming at problems of the No.1 unit spiral casing installation in Zhangjiawan pumped-storage power station, such as large clearances and mismatches, groove type failing to meet requirements, and cracking during welding, etc., some measures and techniques, such as welding equipment and material selection, bevel edge setting, etc., are applied, resulting in 99.9% and 100% first-time passing rate in ultrasonic inspection and dye penetrate inspection, respectively, which insures the spiral casing welding quality.
