摘    要:智能电网调度控制系统调度计划的设计开发具有前瞻性,能够适应三公调度、节能调度、市场机制等不同模式。针对当前电力市场化改革的快速发展情况,文中给出了市场机制下智能电网调度控制系统在日前市场、日内实时市场、辅助服务、安全校核、新能源消纳、联络线优化等环节的具体应用模型及其分析,并进一步提出新形势下的发展思路。

Abstract:The design of dispatching planning for the smart grid dispatching and control system is forward-looking and suitable for different dispatch patterns, including average (open, fair and impartial) dispatch, energy-saving generation dispatch and power market mechanism. For the demand of the current power marketization reform in rapid development, the specific applied model along with its analysis is developed for day-ahead market, intraday and real-time market, ancillary services, security check, accommodation of renewable energy and optimization of power for tie-line between different regions and provinces under market mechanism. The line of thought of development in the new situation is put forward.
