硬、软磁性材料的最新研究进展

摘    要:综述了硬、软磁性材料当前研究动态和它们分别对应着高、低矫顽力范畴的两个极端的基础上.着重分析讨论了硬、软磁性材料中最令人注目的两种新进展。对硬磁性材料将Sin2Fe17进行氮化处理,可以开发出居里温度和磁晶各向异性高于Nd2Fe14B磁体的新材料。对软磁材料,铁基“纳米晶”材料的开发成功.既具有高的磁化强度,又具有高的磁导率,打破了传统要求获得大晶粒显微组织的技术路线。此外,对其它硬、软磁性材料的新进展也作了扼要讨论。

Abstract:n this paper, two attractive features of the recent advances in Hard and Soft magnetic materials are reviewed. The nitrogenation of Sm2Fe17 has produced a promising new hard magnetic magerial with a curie temperature and magnetic anisotropy higher than Nd2Fe14B. For the soft magnetic materials, the classical technique for microstructure of big grains has been broken by the success in the development of Fe - matrix nanocrystalline due to its high magntization and high permeability. These and other recent advances in hard and soft magnitic materials ard briefly reviewed.
