The study on Resin Diffusion Behavior on Carbon Fiber Surface

With using model compounds, the diffusion process of the resin in sizing agent was instructed at different temperatures and in various times. This method could help people transform their cognition from the abstract to the concrete, and resolve some difficult issues ~ft the study on the diffusion of the resin in sizing agent by the previous methods. Through the initial research on the diffusion between the resin and carbon fiber, it was found that the EDX testing was a powerful tool for studying the diffusion in interface. The EDX results showed that brominated epoxy resin difiused in the interphase.
