SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机在满银沟铁矿的工业试验与研究

摘    要:利用SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机处理满银沟低品位矿石,进行了工业试验,结果表明,粗选精矿品位60.31%、产率42.75%、回收率51.40%;扫选精矿品位55.17%、产率19.24%、回收率29.36%,综合回收率70.64%。

Abstract:An industrial test was made on the low-grade ores of Manyingou Iron Mine using SLon vertical-ring pulsed high-gradient magnetic separator. The results show that the grade of rough concentrate is 60.31%, the yield 42.75%, and the recovery (51.40%); the grade of scavenger concentrate 55.17%, the yield 19.24%, the recovery 29.36% and the composite recovery (70.64%).
