金山金矿尾砂水力充填技术应用研究

摘    要:针对金山金矿底盘漏斗中深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿法回采所形成的采空区特点,采用分级尾砂水力充填技术进行空区处理进而控制地压活动;结合采场充填挡墙受力分析,在采空区充填过程中采用了全断面脱水管脱水技术,使得采场充填工作顺利实施,并取得了显著效果。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the goafs formed due to the application of the mining method of medium-long hole blasting and backfilling with bottom funnels in Jinshan gold mine, the goaf treatment by classified tailings hydraulic filling is applied to control ground pressure activities. Based on the stress analysis of the back filling retaining walls, a dehydration technique using whole section dehydration tubes is adopted in the back filling process, which ensures a smooth workflow and satisfactory results in the process.
