气体雾化Ti3Al基合金的颗粒特征与结晶形貌

摘    要:研究了气体雾化Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo(a.%)合金的粉末颗粒特征及快速凝固组织。雾化气体压力大于8MPa时,Ti3Al基合金粉末颗粒圆整,颗粒质量分数与其直径间存在对数正态关系。颗粒表面具有明显的合金结晶特征。其凝固组织具有清晰的二次枝晶,依照冷却速度与二次枝晶间距的关系,得到合金的冷却速度为10^3-10^5K/s。

Abstract:The characteristic and microstructure of rapidly solidified Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V -1Mo (a.%) powder prepared by gas atomizing have been studied in this paper. The powder atomized with gas pressure larger than 8MPa is logarithmic normal function of particle diameter. SEM observation of dendrite on the particle surface shows a obvious characteristic of solidification, which is identical to the micrograph of cross-sectional views. The cooling rate of the powder is 103-105K / s obtained by calculation according to the relationship of cooling rate with secondary dendritic arm space of the powder.
