摘    要:莺歌海盆地东方1-1气田产层--莺歌海组具有中低渗透率砂岩气层的特征,易受到水敏、水锁及微粒运移损害。通过开展钻完井液体系研制、生产管柱结构优化以及完井工艺措施研究等科研攻关和实践,形成了以进攻性隐形酸完井液储层保护技术、水平井防砂控水技术、动态监测技术、水平井筛管和尾管固井联作技术及安全控制与完井管柱优化等为核心的高产水平气井安全、高效开发的完井技术体系。开发井的产能都达到了开发方案中的配产要求,有效地保证了东方1-1气田顺利投产和向下游稳定供气。同时,针对下一阶段开发目标黄流组,也提出了高温高压完井、低孔低渗储层保护、提高单井产量等关键技术的攻关研究方向。

Abstract:The Yinggehai sandstone reservoirs with medium-and low-permeability in the Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field,Yinggehai Basin,are vulnerable to damage caused by water sensitivity,water lock effect,and fine particle migration.Through continuous studies and practices of a drilling(completion) fluid system,the optimization of pipe string production structure,and the research of well completion process measures,a high-yielding horizontal gas well safety system and an effectively-developed completion technical system are developed,including chelating acid completion fluid reservoir protection technology,horizontal well water & sand control technology,dynamic monitoring technology,liner cementing and screen pipes in horizontal wells,as well as safety control and optimization of completion pipe string.The production capability of all wells meets the production allocation requirements specified in the development plan,which effectively guarantees both the smooth commissioning of this field and the need of downstream gas supply.As for the Huangliu Formation as the next target in the development plan,further studies should focus on how to conduct well completion under high temperature and high pressure,how to protect reservoirs with low permeability and low porosity,and how to improve the single-well production capacity.
