摘    要:提出了一种新的双二阶滤波器的OTA实现电路。该结构具有最少的元件,滤波器特性参数均可独立调节等特点。给出了二阶滤波器设计实例并经计算机仿真所验证。

Abstract:A novel structure of biquadratic filter using Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) is presented. It has some advantages such as minimumcomponents. The filter characteristic parameters ω,Q and voltage gain can be tunedby external voltage or current. Design and simulation results of a second-order filterare given to demonstrate its feasibility.
