摘    要:在基于VRML构建的某虚拟校园实践中,纹理映射技术使三维虚拟现实环境达到了良好的逼真效果。在VRML中表面纹理映射技术中主要有纹理元素、纹理坐标系统、纹理映射切割器、纹理贴图的控制。在阐述它们原理过程中,首先分析了纹理坐标系院的建立与纹理映射切割器的形成;其次着重探讨了纹理贴图控制的技术,对纹理映射的实现,纹理坐标的回旋、锁定、变换作了深入的研究。并分别附以丰富的实例且编程实现。最后,以构建某虚拟校园三维场景为实例,验证了纹理映射技术的实用性和优越性,总结了纹理映射的一般步骤和一些实践经验。

Abstract:In the practices of the virtual campus construction based on VRML,texture mapping technique made 3D virtual reali- ty environments seem true and natural.Texture mapping technique in VRML mainly includes texture pixel,texture coordinate system,texture mapping cutterbar,and texture map control.Firstly,the paper analyzes texture coordinate system,and the forming of texture mapping cutterbar.Secondly,emphatically discuss the control technique of texture mapping,and further re- search the convolution,lock-in and transform of texture coordinate.These researches were testified by taking many examples and realized by programming.In the end,according to the principle and methods,the paper achieves virtual reality campus 3D scene,which further shows the practicality and superiority of texture mapping technique.
