摘    要:磷渣具有与矿渣类似性质,是有潜在胶凝活性的水泥混合材料。通过向G级油井水泥中分别掺入30%、40%磷渣和部分石膏、明矾石类膨胀剂,研究其对油井水泥力学性能、工作性能、膨胀特性及微观结构的影响。试验结果表明,在磷渣油井水泥中加入膨胀剂后,可以补偿油井水泥的体积收缩,提高胶结强度;能降低水泥浆的游离水,水泥浆体聚结稳定性和沉降稳定性能良好。在低密度水泥中加入一定量的膨胀剂后,其抗压强度能满足工程要求。

Abstract:phosphorus slag,as a kind of cement admixture, has potential cementitious activity like slag. 30%, 40% of phosphorus slag and a small amount of expanding agent like alunite were mixt in G oil-well cement. Then, the effects of the mentioned above systems on the mechanic properties, workability, characteristic expandability were studied. The result shows that after adding the expanding agent into the phosphorus slag oil-well cement, it can make up for the constriction of volume, improve cementitious strength, otherwise, it can reduce free water in the cement paste, which improves the stability of coalescence and sedimentation. When added the quantity of expanding agent into low-density cement, the compression strength can meet a need.
