膨胀制冷轻烃回收工艺参数优化分析

摘    要:根据广安气田原料气气质条件及邻近工厂操作工况,采用HYSYS等软件对膨胀机制冷轻烃回收工艺中液烃收率、装置能耗等重要工艺参数进行参数优化,以达到提高液烃产量与节约能耗的目的。经参数优化,装置可生产液化气141.9t/d,轻油41.8t/d,具有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:According to the given gas composition and process conditions of feed gas in Guangan Gas Field and the adjacent natural gas processing plant, HYSYS and other process simulation software are adopted to optimize such important process parameters as liquid hydrocarbon yield and unit energy consumption in expansion refrigeration light hydrocarbon recovery process in order to increase liquid hydrocarbon output and save energy.
