摘    要:工业级异丁烯是生产聚异丁烯的原料,其中水不利于异丁烯聚合反应,因此聚合反应过程对水有很高的要求.曾使用气相色谱法及常规卡尔费休法测定液态异丁烯中的微量水,但数据结果与理论值相差很大,可信性小.用闪蒸-卡尔费休法测定异丁烯中的微量水,通过对进样量、流速、闪蒸温度的实验,确定了最佳分析条件,得到实验的变异系数为6.39%,相对平均误差为1.74%.

Abstract:Industrial grade isobutene is the raw material of polyisobutene,wherein the water is not conducive to isobutylene polymerization,the polymerization process on water has a very high demand.We used gas chromatography and conventional Carle Fischer method for the determination of trace water in liquid isobutene,but data results and the theoretical values differed significantly,credibility was small.Used flash-Carle Fischer method for the determination of trace water in isobutene.Through to the sample volume,velocity,flash temperature experiments,the optimum analysis condition was determined by experiment,the coefficient of variation is 6.39%,the mean relative error is 1.74%.
