| 摘 要： | 引入灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析法,通过建立灰色关联分析综合评标模型对投标方案进行优选,提高了优选的精确性和客观性,并通过实例说明应用灰色关联分析综合评标模型来解决投标决策问题是可行的。

| Abstract: | The gray relation analysis method is introduced to establish gray relation analysis model of comprehensive evaluation to solve the problem of optimization selection of water resources project bidding decision.The result shows that the accuracy and objectivity of decision is enhanced through the method.The feasibility of using gray relation analysis model of comprehensive evaluation to solve the bidding decision problem is proved through an example in the end. |
