摘    要:为了研究数控机床自动换刀装置的换刀能力和动态特性,针对目前这方面实验测试技术和手段不足的问题,研制出了基于虚拟仪器的动态特性测试系统。根据换刀装置的具体结构和动作特点,提出了在静载和动载条件下测量机械手的夹持能力及在线测量机械手定位误差和刀具碰撞特性的方法,并设计了传感器安装结构。利用Labview可视化特点对各个模块进行界面设计,为了提高测试效率在后台运用Matlab软件进行数据处理计算和特征提取分析。系统除了能够进行采集和分析数据之外,还具备了基于神经网络的换刀装置综合性能评估的功能,以供检测人员参考。现场测试结果为研究机床换刀装置的换刀能力和动态特性提供了必要的实验数据支持。

Abstract:In order to study the ability of changing tool and dynamic characteristics of automatic tool changers, a dynamic characteristics test system based on the virtual instrument is developed, due to the shortage of testing technology and methods. According to the structure and movement characteristics of automatic tool changer, a method to measure changing tool and collision characteristics is proposed under the conditions of static and dynamic loads, and the sensor installation structures are designed. Further more, the interface design of every model is based on the visualization features of the Labview system, and the data are processed and analyzed with Matlab software. This system can also realize the integrated performance evaluation by neural networks. The actual testing results confirm the feasibility of this system, and the necessary experimental data are provided for research on the ability of changing tool and dynamic characteristics.
