| 摘 要： | 中国人寿研发中心F-05地块（数据中心）工程紧邻科技园醉鱼池，地下水位高，降水、防水难度大。其基坑属于超深临水基坑。在施工中，通过采用止水帷幕基坑支护施工技术，外墙卷材SBS防水细部构造施工技术，大体积抗渗混凝土施工技术，成功解决了施工难题，取得了较好的经济效益，可被类似工程所借鉴。

| Abstract: | China Life Center F-05 Block （ Data Center ） project is adjacent to the Zuiyu Pool in Science and Technology Park and it has high groundwater level and super-deep waterfront foundation pit, which produce big difficulties for dewatering and waterproof construction. During construction, various construction techniques are adopted, such as foundation pit supporting technique by using water-stopping curtain, detail construction technique of waterproof SBS coiled material and massive impervious concrete construction technique, etc., to successfully solve the construction difficulties, realizing favorable economic benefits and providing valuable references for similar projects. |
