| Abstract: | In 2007,a devastating flood happened in the Huaihe River.The governmental departments in the river basin took effective management approaches by putting people at the center and implementing scientific regulation of flood control project and made great achievement.Basic principles and measures for flood management are summarized based on evaluation of 2007 big flood. |
