摘    要:叙述了透明质酸(HA)发酵液经5种不同预处理方法处理后,所获得清液在超滤过程中通量J的变化规律,通过比较预处理前后发酵液中透明中质酸浓度和分子量的变化;超滤前后膜通量的变化及酶液处理后膜通量的变化,探讨了膜超滤过程中污染规律及预防方式。

Abstract:It was described that the change regularity of membrane permeation flux during the ultrafiltration of filtrate treated by five kind of different pretreatment process.By comparing the change of HA concentration and molecular weight which the sample was pretreated before and after.The change of the flux that was also compared that membrane had used to filter the filtrate before and after as well as the membrane washed by enzymes solution.It was discussed that the regularity of membrane polluted and the method of preventing.
