燃气管道摩擦阻力计算的探讨

摘    要:分析了燃气管道摩擦阻力计算公式中各参数适用的基准状态,提出了天然气管道摩擦阻力计算时计量基准状态与摩阻计算基准状态不一致的的解决方案;通过计算比较,提出了柯列勃洛克公式的适用范围;分析了低压燃气管道摩擦阻力计算公式的计算误差,对摩擦阻力和摩阻系数计算公式的分类与选用提出了建议。

Abstract:This paper analyses the reference conditions that are applicable to the parameters of formula for calculating the pressure loss from frictional resistance (PLFR) in gas pipeline, puts forward a solution to calculate the pressure loss when the metering reference condition is inconsistent with the reference condition for calculating PLFR. Comparing by calculation, the proposals on the scope of application of Colebrook formula are offered. Analyzing the calculation error of the formula for calculating PLFR in low-pressure gas pipeline, the proposals on the classification, selection of the formula for calculating PLFR and the coefficient of frictional resistance are provided.
