基于组织行为学的工程质量政府监督主体行为研究

从组织行为学的角度出发，阐述行为过程的内在动机和外在动机．工程质量政府监督本身是一项特殊性的行为过程，它对整个工程建设起到宏观的总控作用．在分析监督主体的行为动机的基础上，研究了质量监督主体的行为特征，提出建立对主体行为的激励机制及构建质量监督标准化体系的建议．

Study of Subject Behavior of Government Supervision on Engineering Quality Based on Organizational Behavior

This paper elaborates the intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations of the behavior process from the per spective of organizational behavior. As a special behavior process itself, the government supervision over the engineering quality plays a general role of control for the whole project construction. Based on the analysis of the supervision subjects＇ behavior motivations, the authors study their behavior characteristics and then propose some advices about the establishment of incentive mechanism of subject behavior and the standardization system of the quality supervision.
