基于ANSYS技术的齿轮箱模态分析及优化

摘    要:针对齿轮箱工作特性,利用ANSYS软件对齿轮箱做模态分析并以此为基础,分析齿轮箱模态振型对箱体性能的影响,通过改变箱体壁厚来优化箱体结构。结果表明优化后齿轮箱性能稳定,最大变形量减小,振动降低,最大等效应力下降,有利于应力的合理均匀分布,符合减振降噪的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at gearbox operating characteristics, ANSYS software is applied to carry on modal analysis of gear box, and to analyze the influence of gear box modal mode to the box performance. By changing the box thickness, the box structure is optimized. The results show that the optimization makes the performance of the gear box more stable, and makes the stress distributed uniformly, reduces the maximum deformation ,vibration, maximum equivalent stress. This method is useful to the stress uniform distribution and the purpose of vibration and noise reduction.
