The terrace die part of this die is made up of fixed terrace die and active flexible terrace die, which can solve the difficulty in emerging the part after part forming. There is a located groove on the flanging concave die, which solves the interferential problem with piercing terrace die, it uses nitrogen cylinder to adjust the pressure on material, as the results, the die structure is simplified, and the productive efficiency gets improved.
