| Abstract: | Electronic grade N methyl 2 pyrrolidone (EL NMP) solvent is used as wax removal, wafer degreasing and other contamination detergent in PC magnetic head production. The quality control items and its test method for EL NMP solvent is developed to adapting to the requirement of PC magnetic head production. These items include purity,chroma,aninon,content,silicone oil,micro particle,pH value,heavy metals, organic trace impurities, and corrosion test. |
