| 摘 要： | 分析了望亭发电厂化学水处理程控系统中存在的设备老化、可靠性低、程控投用率低、功能不完善、HMI上位机死机、信号通讯不畅以及现场电磁阀工作电源压降过大等问题；介绍了程控系统改造方案和实施过程以及改造过程中所涉及的软件程序升级与合并、软硬件模拟测试、分步施工调试等方法；总结了在机组运行过程中实施化水程控PLC系统整体改造的具体方法和经验。 |
