强化换热管用于房间空调器的性能试验

摘    要:在焓差试验台上对冷凝器采用普通齿与断续齿螺纹管的房间空调器传热性能进行了试验研究,试验中蒸发器是相同的,制冷剂充灌量也相同.试验结果表明:断续齿强化冷凝换热效果优于普通齿,冷凝器采用断续齿的试验机在试验工况下的制冷量比采用普通齿的试验机高0.6%,改善了整个循环的制冷剂参数,使得输入功率降低,能效比提高了4.1%.

Abstract:Experimental study on the room air-conditioners heat transfer capacity is conducted on the air enthalpy experimental set.The condensers of the two room air-conditioners consisting of general internal helical rib tubes and spiccato internal helical rib tubes respectively.During the test,the evaporators are the same,and the refrigerant capacities are the same,too.Experimental results indicate that the spiccato internal helical rib is prior to the general one on condensation heat transfer.The cooling capacity of the room air-conditioner 2,which consists of the spiccato internal helical rib tubes,is 0.6 percentages larger than that of the room air-conditioner 1 which consists of the general ones.In addition,the parameters of the room air-conditioner 2 are improved,and the total cooling power input is reduced.The result is that the energy efficiency ratio has increased 4.1 percentages.
