抑制浪涌电流用NTCR可靠性研究

摘    要:
研究了造粒、烧结工艺、原材料、配方组成对抑制浪涌电流用NTCR可靠性的影响。通过合理选择造粒颗粒和烧结温度、选用高质量的原材料,并在配方中添加微量SiO2、CrO3、Sb2O3作为玻璃料可使抑制浪涌电流NTCR的失效率从100ppm降为8ppm.

Abstract:
The effect of some factors (such as bulding grain. sintering technics, raw and processed materials, adulterants)on the relibility of NTCR applied in suppressing surge current is discussed in this paper. According to the experiment result, the abating ratio can be dropped to 8ppm from 100ppm by selecting proper grains. sinterring temperature. high quality raw and processed materials, and doping small amount of SiO2,. Cr2O3,. Sb2O3.
