浅析新医改环境下的医院信息化建设

医学服务于人类，而信息技术使医学能够更好地服务于人类。随着计算机软硬件技术的发展，卫生行业的信息化建设正在中国的大地上轰轰烈烈地展开。国内各级医院纷纷在信息化的浪潮中，耗资建立了各自的信息系统。众多医院信息系统的建立，在某种程度上，确实解决了院内管理的部分问题，比如，各级管理层查询数据方便了，各业务部门的工作效率提高了，费用信息更透明了……然而，这远远没有达到信息化的目标。世界诸多国家越来越一致地认识到，唯有通过广泛采用以电子病历系统（EMR）为核心的临床信息系统，才能把彼此相互分割的各医疗信息系统有机地连通为可相互交换分享使用对方数据的医疗信息网络，方能促成医疗卫生服务领域整体变革的实现，满足广大病患对医疗服务质量与方式不断更新的需要，并有效应对医学知识及临床信息爆炸性增长的冲击。
