| 摘 要： | 简明扼要地介绍了工程量清单的计价模式，并以某高校教学实验楼工程为例，分析了采用工程量清单模式招标的工程竣工结算造价，提出在勘察设计、工程量清单编制、施工管理等主要环节需要注意的问题，旨在达到投资控制、防范风险的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the valuation mode of the bill of quantities,analyzes the adoption of the completion settlement of the bidding project under the bill of quantities by taking the teaching and lab building project of some college,and points out some problems,such as,the investigation design,the compilation of the bill of quantities,and the construction management,so as to realize the investigation control and the prevention of risks. |
