摘    要:为研究pH对红土性质的影响,通过人为地将红土的pH调节为4.5、5.5、6.5、7.5,对恒温30℃养护50d之后的试样进行物理、化学和力学测试.试验发现游离氧化铁作为红土中主要的胶结物质,其含量和存在形式的变化对红土本身的工程地质性质有很大影响.游离氧化铁活性较高,易受环境的影响而活化或老化.在控制温度一定的前提下,随pH的升高,游离氧化铁含量减少,土颗粒团聚度降低,在较小围压下,土的力学性质也相对越低.最后,结合试验结果对pH的改变导致红土性质变化的机理进行了进一步的分析和阐述.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of pH on the properties of red soil,the physics,chemics and mechanics characters of red soil samples holding at 30℃for 50 d were tested through changing pH as 4.5,5.5,6.5 and 7.5.Results show that the free iron oxide is the primary cementation matter,and its content and form have important influence on properties of red soil.Because of high activities,it is easy for free iron oxide to be affected by environments.At the same temperature,along with the increase of pH,the content of free iron oxide is decreased and the degree of reunion of granules is lowered,moreover,the mechanical property is weakened under lower confining pressure.The mechanism of property change of red soil due to different values of pH is discussed combining the test results.
