沥青加铺水泥混凝土路面板角施荷受力分析

摘    要:为研究沥青加铺水泥混凝土复合路面在板角作用荷载时的结构计算方法,采用弹性地基上的多层薄板理论,建立了有限尺寸多层复合路面的计算模型,通过假定地基反力函数和路面板挠曲位移函数,得出了板角作用荷载时有限尺寸分离式路面和结合式路面的求解方法.分析结果表明:若取距板角槡2a+1.5he位置的混凝土板表面应力为位移函数计算控制应力,则该应力与有限元分析的最大应力吻合较好(相差不到5%);而沥青面层应力前者小于后者,最大相差40%.位移函数计算与有限元分析结果的板角弯沉最大相差9%.合理假定地基反力函数和路面板位移挠曲函数可以得出分离式和结合式复合路面板角作用荷载时的最大弯沉及各结构层的控制应力.

Abstract:In order to analyze the structure of cement concrete pavement with asphalt overlay subjected to load on slab corner,the subgrade and base are considered as single foundation,thus a calculation model of limited dimensional multi-layer composite pavements on double-layer foundation is founded.The theory of multi-layer thin-walled plate on elastic foundation is adopted to solve the limited dimensional bonded and unbonded composite pavement with load applied on the corner of square pavement slab,by assumption of reaction force functions of foundation and bending deflection functions of pavement slab.The asphalt and concrete two-layer composite pavement on elastic foundation under uniform circular load is analyzed according to this method.The analysis result indicates that taking the surface stress of concrete slab in position 2 a +1.5 he as control stress of deflection functions,the calculated deflection and ultimate tension stress in the corner of limited dimensional square concrete slab agree well with the ANSYS finite element analysis results.So proper assumption of reaction force functions of foundation and bending deflection functions of pavement slab can be used to calculate the maximum flexure and control the stress of limited dimensional bonded and unbonded composite pavement.
