摘    要:为解决公理化设计中的耦合设计问题,将TRIZ运用到公理化设计的过程之中,通过分析公理化设计中耦合问题与TRIZ中冲突问题的关系,提出了一种应用TRIZ理论进行解耦合设计的方法,即先将耦合功能要求转化为冲突问题,然后采用分离原理或者发明原理得出冲突问题的一般解,最后将一般解转化为实际工程设计问题的特定解,重新确定功能要求和设计参数,使耦合或准耦合设计变为无耦合设计.断路开关的改进设计结果表明,提出的解耦设计方法是可行的、有效的.

Abstract:To solve the coupling problem,the method of TRIZ is applied to the axiomatic design.The relationship is analyzed between the coupling problem in axiomatic design and the contradiction problem in TRIZ,and a method to change the coupling design into non-coupling design by the theory of TRIZ is presented. First,the coupled functional requirements are transformed into contradictions in TRIZ.Then the separation principle or inventive principle is employed to obtain the general solutions.Finally,the general solutions are converted into specific solutions in axiomatic design,and functional requirements and design parameters are redefined.Thus,the decoupling design and coupling design are changed into non-coupling design correspondingly.The result of improved design for shutdown switch shows that the present method is feasible and effective.
