复合材料压力容器无损检测研究现状

摘    要:随着复合材料压力容器的研究及其在航空航天等领域的广泛应用,检测复合材料压力容器内部缺陷、损伤的无损检测技术也得到迅速的发展.总结了用于复合材料压力容器无损检测的超声波技术、声发射技术、声-超声技术、涡流检测技术、计算机断层扫描技术、红外热波、数字散斑等主要无损检测方法,对上述方法的原理、特点、适用范围及其在复合材料压力容器无损检测中的检测特征作了简要评述;并对复合材料压力容器无损检测研究进行了展望.

Abstract:The nondestructive technologies used for the inspection of interior flaws of composite pressure vessel are summerized in this paper,such as ultrasonic,acoustic emission,acoustic ultrasonic,eddy current,computed tomography,infrared thermography and digital speckle method.The principle,characters,application field of the above mentioned inspection methods and their inspection characteristics when they are used for the inspection of composite pressure vessel are reviewed.In addition,further development of researches on nondestructive inspection of composite pressure vessels is discussed.
